Freedom to surf 8x IP address and routing problem - Advice pls

Hi,

I have just got new broadband as have moved premises, to Freedom To Serve. I host an Exchange server and a Sharepoint site on 2 different servers. As the certs on the server need to be static external IP address I cant use NAT on the my router.
Therfore have set it all up correctly and some people can connect to the servers and some cant. And I have no outgoing internet conectivity.

I dont believe this is a configuration error on my part.

here are some tracerts from outside and inside etc.

Crazy thing is, when doing that from anyother broadband (im on sky at home) and tried it from a dozen location it does this:

Any ideas - we have "level 3" :rolleyes: support working on it but we have no answer for 1.5 days!!! Obviously a routing problem but how does that get sorted? any advice or solutions?? :)
