Hi,
I'm currently looking to get a website project developed and am looking for a suitable developer.
In the past for such projects and other programming/design tasks I have used Rentacoder.com to find people and it has worked out well for me.
This time, however, there was little interest in the project I posted so I tried another site I found (Getafreelancer.com) on which there has been much more interest.
They both seem to work in the same way with funds being held in escrow until the work is completed as per spec, but Rentacoder.com seems to have a lot more setup for when things go wrong, e.g. if the work is not finished on time or to the spec. In such a case it will go to arbitration and the escrowed funds will be returned to me. On Getafreelancer.com all it seems to say deep down in the help is that you contact them.
I would like to know if any people have had experience with Getafreelancer.com and what they think of it. Alternatively, if there are any other good sites of a similar vein that would be good to.
Thanks in advance,
John
