Hi all,

I have recently started having some issues with my freesat setup.
When we bought the house we are in now (3 years ago) there was an existing dish installed, I don't know how old it is but it has been fine up untill a few days ago.

I keep getting dropouts on all channels, pretty frequently, at least a few times a minute, none seem safe. When watching the signal indicators in the device's menu, I can see that the signal strength is pretty high 80%+, the quality is about 40-50%, but both keep dropping to 0 periodically.

Dose this indicate that I need to replace the LNB? Or do I need to re-align the dish?

I has a similar issue with an inherited from the previous owners sky dish and replacing the LNB fixed it (after checking the cable and connections were OK).

Thanks for the advice, I will get a ladder out and check the LNB and connections on the dish, it dosen't seem replacement LNBs are too expensive or hard to replace if it is broken.
