I have an LG C165, which has a connection to Freesat. Its been working perfectly for the past few months. About 2 weeks ago, the signal quality dropped off, and I'm now unable to watch almost all channels properly. Some are completely dead (BBC1, 2, etc) and some are highly pixelated (completely unwatchable). Strangely enough, the only channel that works perfectly is ITV HD.
The TV is apparently connected to Astra 28.2E, LNB Freqency 9750/10600 (I have no idea what any of that means!). The signal strength is 81% and the signal quality is 35% (I suspect this is where the issue is?).
I have re-done the auto-tune numerous times.
Its also weird that when the weather goes bad (rain), then the signal improves and some of the BBC channels are watchable.
I don't think its anything local (like a faulty cable), since ITV HD is perfect, but please correct me if I'm wrong on this.
Has something changed with satellite signals in the last few weeks? Or, are there other things that I can check?
