Just looking for opinions on this please before I pull the trigger.

I am using a 390X GPU and currently a 1080P ASUS 23.6 monitor

Have been looking to get a second monitor to retire the ASUS to being used for other things whilst I am gaming and came across this Freesync monitor which seems to be good for the money.
 
Yes I do mainly game and not I was going for the £120 option 24 inch but don't think its 144hz - Would it be better to aim for the 144hz
 
Yes, 144hz is lush.

144hz with Gsync is spectacular, Freesync should be great also (ive never tried it, only Gsync).
 
My first experience of FreeSync today, the main thing is I've gone from 1080P to 1440P, kept all settings Ultra in BF4, lost about 10FPS due to the res bump but it feels smoother than it did before
