Hi there

Check out the used to be G-Sync section, do not order yet as were getting pricing confirmed on the new G-Sync and FreeSync models from LG and Acer, but my god are they nice.

Also some really nice new stuff coming from Acer, but even a google search does not show them and they were not at CES but in short looks like Acer will have the best gaming monitors of 2015.

Keep your eyes on our G-Sync/FreeSync section, monitors will be getting added at random this month/next and we have exclusives on a lot of models, particular, LG, Samsung and some Acer ones. :)

All prices TBC as the pricing we have seems wrong, so they are all priced higher than we expect final price.

All should be here by March! :)

Can we get confirmation on that LG being 3440x1440?
At CES, there's a lot of sources coming out saying it's a 2560x1080 one.

I think the manufactuers themselves are confused at the moment.

LG told me it was 3440x1440 to which I responded well surely it would be 34UM97 then to fit within the current lineup naming/model scheme and surely UM67 would be 2560x1440, this confused them to which they promised to get back to me in 48hrs, its now being two weeks, LOL.

Thats worrying >.<

By the way any news on the "upgrade" plans for the Iiyama ProLite monitor ? (i see that that isnt in the FreeSync section)

No updates, manufacturers can take weeks/months to get final specs to us after events such as Computex/CES, as the only person who knows the real spec is some engineer/R&D bod, who does not release such final info to marketing department to put onlines until months later.

AMD also specified 2560 x 1080 resolution for that model in their freeSync models list. i'm pretty sure it will be 2560 x 1080 as well

Changed it as that makes sense based on model name, still awaiting update from LG, I hope a 34UM97 Freesync with 3440x1440 comes out.

They are priced higher than OcUK think they will sell for. The truth is OcUk has no pricing information, and while I trust Gibbo's experience, it's possible they could cost more.

I do have pricing information, but I believe it to be wrong, it shows the IPS G-Sync as having a sub £500 MSRP and the TN Freesync being £700 MSRP.

I personally feel Acer have it the wrong way round, or have a pricing error as such we've priced them both very high and are awaiting confirmation from Acer regarding pricing.
