Freeven pro

Hi all in need of some help here if anyone knows as i'm baffled on what to do... anyway how i can get rid of this Freeven pro crap, it only happens when only using the opera browser which i mainly use all the time,

here is what happens when i scroll over the screen a little pop ups appear with a green tag on the top left of the box & no matter what site i go on i just can't get rid of at all & now when i click on to open just say oc/uk it'll open on too a totally different page mainly surveys which has just recently happened over the past few days or so,

So far I deleted Freeven pro from programs & features, don't know how it got there (no success)
Installed Malwarebytes (no success)
also using Adblock Plus which is doing nothing,

So any advice giving would be great as i,m out of ideas on what to do next

Throw these at it

ccleaner
hitman pro
superantispyware (can remove this once run/removed what it finds,)
adwcleaner

and if it still occurs after those

combofix (doesnt currently work on win 8.1)

Thanks for the response mate ... i already had ccleaner pre installed but never found anything at all ,

anyway i uninstalled opera & reinstalled to newer version & so far problem solved
