Freeview Aerial?

My dad is thinking of getting freeview but we need a new aerial for our house. What is the best and cheapest one you can buy and where can i get it from?

How do you know you need a new aerial?

This site (although now archived, it seems) lists what bands all the transmitters use. In Durham, for example, I use Pontop Pike transmitter. It needed a C/D aerial for Analogue services, and a C/D aerial for digial services. So I didn't need a new one.

You don't always need a wideband aerial for freeview.

We have a very old aerial and were told by an engineer we would need a seperate one for Freeview.

No harm in buying a freeview box and seeing if it works first~

I have freeview built into my tv and it dont work, im not completly stupid btw.
