I'm currently using a usb dongle with the aerial attached to the roof. Yet using 'Media Portal' software I can only pick up: Dave, E4+1, itv1, C4, Sky news sports, sky news and sky 3, plus some other random stuff. Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

Can't help other than it sounds like you are only picking up 1 mux.
Was it supplied with any software - does it pick up the other muxes in that?
