I've got a Sony VTX-D800U freeview digital box which was working fine. I've moved house and now it doesn't seem to work. I have it set up exactly the same, and when I press power the green light comes on but no digital channels are displayed 
. Originally it was plugged into a fixed aerial which was on the roof, but now we only have the small in-house aerial (still on same TV). We actually get better reception at the new house with the portable aerial than the old place with a fixed aerial, but could that be the problem? Do I have to reset the freeview box and re-scan for the channels because of the new area, and how do you do this??
I've checked that the new house (SW London) can receive Freeview on the website, which it can.
