Freeware DVD Player that runs from Memory stick

Title says it all really,

I'm looking for a Freeware DVD player that will run from a memory stick.

The reason behind this is I want to watch DVD's on a laptop that is locked down without admin rights. So can't install any software.

Any ideas anyone.

Is there a way to install codes without Admin rights? or shall I scrub MPC from the list of ones to try
