Freeware//Opensource alternative to AnyDVD HD

As stated in the topic. Looking for an alternative to AnyDVD preferably free and oper source.
Anything out there or should I just get an Anydvd licence ?

Well I wont need the feature of it to be able to watch blue ray without hdcp.
I just want a tool to allow me to backup my dvd/ray collection to my harddrive

You probably wont find an open source/free version that is anywhere near as good and updated. Just pay for the license. They run special offers quite a lot.
