Vista has an upgraded disk management tool (start>control panel>administrative tools>disk management iirc) that has support for shriking and enlarging partitions aswell as all the usual stuff.
If (and this is more likely but it's hard to tell from your post) you need the software to shrink a partition to make way for Vista then Vista's stuff isn't much use is it Maybe the installer has something, I dunno - I didn't need to repartition.
What is it exactly that you need to do with your partitions?
So between the two unallocated spaces, there is presumably a formatted and in-use partition? If so, the only way to consolidate the space is to physically move all the contents of the partition between them so that it's in front of/behind all the free space.
Anything on this page any use? (found via Google for 'free partitioning software'). I haven't used them myself so can't comment.
