Games on a USB flash < 1Gb.

Hmm. I've just got myself a USB flash memory stick from Samsung and i just wondered whether it would be possible to install a game on to it and play it on any computer i plug it in to? Surely it would be okay as all the files would be on the memory stick?

My options for games that are freeware/shareware that are under 1Gb? :)

EDIT: I would be prepared to pay for cheap games!

yea as long as its completly installed on the pen then it would work fine and as it will only be old games the transfer rate from usb wont really matter :)

Dosbox and UFO - Enemy Unknown. And about a hundred other dos based freeware games you could fit on there. But mostly UFO :)

GTA1, 2, London 1969 and 1961 are all freeware now. Can download from Rockstars website. Not sure on their filesize but I'm pretty sure you should be able to fit one on the flash drive, plus its a game that you can just mess about with.

on my playdrive from before i got a laptop for college i have:

Quake 1 and 3
Doom
Rag Doll Kung Fu (non steam and with the video files removed for speed of loading and space)
Abes oddesey and exodus
armadillo run
linerider
unreal GOTY edition
Combat Flight Simulator WWII edition
firefox portable
thunderbird portable
i'm sure i've missed something
