Freezer 64 OR Retail Opteron Cooler - Which?

I've just bought myself an Opteron 170 to replace my 3700+ (clocked to 2.6ghz with a Freezer 64 non-pro cooler).

On first sight of the retail Operton cooler it appears to be a match for my old Freezer 64 cooler (similar to the Freezer 4 here).

Which would be better to use on my Opteron when clocking?

Can't remember off hand what temp's my chip is at now (I think it's ~37 idle but no idea what load temp's are).

I guess I will find out at the weekend when I get enough time to swap them over.
