Ok guys,
Had one of these on my A8N-E and 3700+ for 3 weeks and its just popped 2 of the lugs on the motherboard retention module!

just had the module replaced at OUK but am not so sure about this cooler on the lugs.

So

I looking for a near silent replacment that uses screws not the clips

Any ideas whats tops at the mo?

I think the Tt big typhoon uses the screws and a diferent backplate but dont quote me on that

They all seem to need a new backplate, the blue orb, akasa evo 120... not sure about the zalmans

The TT big Typhoon fits ok on an existing backplate on my NEO2, just screws down onto it [remove retention bracket first].

On my DFI I've left the original backplate on but had to insert longer screws in from the back. I think the ASUS backplates are like the DFI, i.e shorter screw mounts.
