Freezing after hibernate

Hi there i've got windows vista which i've had for some time but recently i installed more ram but now sometimes when it comes out of hibernate it freezes

Any bears with any ideas as i really dont like just switching my pc off without shutting it down

Hey guys sorry to bring this up again, I too am having the same problem!
using Vista 64, only started this week after installing new graphics card :S
