Hello!

So I brought my PC from Overclockers in October, these are the parts:

Gigabyte Z97X-SLI - Devils Canyon Core i5 4690K Bundle

SuperFlower FX 650W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply

TeamGroup Vulcan RED 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3

MSI Radeon R9 390 Gaming Edition 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Now, the graphics card has been iffy since I got it, fans not working by themselves etc and was told by the returns team to see how it went. Unfortunately it just seems to be getting worse.

The PC is now crashing a lot like every hour or so it will freeze and crash. Have run checks for malware and viruses as well as completely uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers.

Any idea on what else I can do or any way to check what is breaking? As it is getting ridiculous now especially as there are no crash errors.

The machine will be under warranty, best bet is to post in the customer forum section, I will let a member of staff know as well.

Hello.

Have you built this machine yourself?

When posting in the customer service section make sure you choose "Component Technical Support" and not "Bundles and Systems Support" as this section is for systems/bundles we build.
