Hey, the past month or so (my computer is about 2 months old...max) my computer has been either freezing, and not responding again (Causing me to do a hard reboot) or getting BSOD's but then not being able to create a DUMP of the BSOD error (Which is odd :|) so I'm just wondering if this could be bad memory?

I ran windows memory check and there was no problems, but I have read that the Windows Memory test isn't great.

Here are my specs:
Argon Extreme Intel Core i3 540 3.06GHz @ 4.20GHz Overclocked Bundle
CHOSEN OPTION
Akasa AK-CCX-4002HP Venom CPU Cooler (Socket LGA775/LGA1156/LGA1366/AM2/AM3)
MSI GeForce GTX 460 Cyclone 768MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w Silent SLI Certified Modular Power Supply
Akasa AK-191-BL Blue Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3 Pin
Arctic Silver Matrix Thermal Compound (2.5g)
Akasa Fan Filter - 120mm

Edit:
It does it randomly, but seemingly more so when either playing games, or programming (So Memory Heavy tasks). It's not temperatures as they never go over 60, I've checked in Intel Burn Test etc.
