Hi
Can anyone please help, since thursday I have had problems with my desktop machine, I have it 4 years or so now I would say.
It started by just freezing up and blue lines (are they called artifacts?) would appear.

Then it would start giving me BSOD's.
2 different ones below:

I tried updating gfx driver for my nvidia 8800 GTS, updated, still same problem. I uninstalled driver and let windows install some display driver it lasted for a little while. After rebooting the boot screen would show, then as soon as it got to the Windows (7 64bit) loading screen the display would no longer show (have tried different monitors and cables).
Device will work in safe mode.
Device currently working with no display drivers installed but with blue lines everywhere.
Also I get this error when trying to install latest nvidia driver:

I tested my memory with memtest (no problems)
Have blown out machine for dust etc, and didn't think temps were high (but I am no expert)
Thanks
Ryan
