Help please :o

Built this system into my old case 2 weeks ago and thought i had a heat issue with air cooling at it ran at upto 50 degrees (stock HS), suffered from freezes so i bought a thermaltake Armour lcs water cooled case and rebuilt the system yesterday.

QX6700 cpu
asus p5n32 e sli
2 gig ocz 8500 sli ready mempry
GF 8800gtx
enermax 1000w psu

The cpu runs at low 20`s all the time but intermitantly freezes? I set up bios to defaults and it even freezes in bios at times? Really can't understand why. I refitted gfx and memory, checked the cpu was fitted correctly but still cant fix it? Last night it ran for about 5 hours with no probles at all (gaming online) this morning it started freezing again.

Any help/suggestions would be great.

well maybe its not to do with heat or overclocking, ive had memory modules faulty in the past causing the same problem. I dont know how well it works but vista comes with a memory test..anyone rate this tool much? i cant say ive ever used it

Try running memtest, it's a bootable CD/floppy so you need a spare one of those around. It'll tell you if you have dodgy memory :) Leave it running for a while and see if it has any errors

Test was fine, if i enable memory sli mode the system becomes unstable and gives a brief blue screen error and then restarts. The memory is advertised to be sli ready though, do i have a setting wrong ? It's running at 800 not 850 as well?
