Hi guys,

My dad is having issues with his pc that I built him. I built the pc last year and until now it has worked fine. Now it freezes and the only way to unfreeze it I’ve found is to unplug one of the usb devices in either the front or back panel and it unfreezes when plugged back in. Some days it will work for a few hours but mostly it freezes very often.

I’m sorry if this is the wrong area to post. I don’t come on here often, just buy from the main site.

So I did I driver update, 13 in total. Restarted and still freezing. It’s also unfreezing or not freezing if I constantly keep moving the mouse it don’t freeze up. I unplug the mouse… it unfreezes and then freezes again which would say that the mouse isn’t causing a short of some kind

Open task manager in Windows and see if any process is hogging resources.
