OH my cmos warning comes up but im sure thats just the battery has run out and isnt affecting why the comp is freezing ( I THINK)

What PSU are you using? Any overclock etc?

Can you do a chkdsk to make sure your hard drive doesnt have an physical damage to it.

This could be a variety of components causing this
PC just completely freezes and you have to do a hard restart?
What PSU are you running?

because the cmos battery needs replacing does this indicate could possibly be a psu problem because i thought the cmos battery was recharged from the mobo from power from psu? or am i barking up the wrong tree
(can u tell i dont know much about computers):)
