Freezing panes

Hey guys is it possible to freeze the panes that are green and have only the yellow ones scroll.

This is so i can scroll along the week but keep it in the A4 margin

I don't think so, as you can only freeze the top rows and the first columns.

I would restructure this so that YTD and Target are on the left, next to the input, with the weeks on the right.

You can then freeze the left columns. If you want actions to be always on the screen, perhaps put them at the top and freeze the top rows?
