freezing problems

just powered on computer and as usual it took several tries of the power button to start the computer, most times i have to swithch of the psu button on and off agin to get it to power on, this is a seperate fault as i understand though its to do with my p5q deluxe and q9550 which is widely talked about online, but to the main problem, turned my computer on this morning running smooth up untill winodws loginh screen, loads desktop and system tray icons, then suddenly becomes unresponsive ie, i can move the mouse and highlight deskop icons but if i try and click them it doesnt do anything also ctl alt and delete doesnt respond either untill maybe.... 20-30 seconds l8a all the processes that i had clicked all come through at once, so i did check the windows event viewer and it has

some of the picture are hard to view, u may have to download them ones and zoom in, sorry about that but rushed for time and its best i could do, hopefully you clever people will be able to understand it haha :/

I have also ran tests on the memory, cpu and all hard drives and all come up clean with no problems, is it possible my motherboard is on its way out, i wanted to sell my cpu and mobo but im not going to be able to if i cant figure out whats wrong :( your tech help would be much appreciated :)
