Watching the first episode now, being a radio ham, the concept interests me. Dreadfully badly done on the radio side but an enjoyable story so far.

Yup the radio thing is daft but the rest of the show is surprisingly decent.

Saw the first but yeah this is gonna get old and tiresome very fast, feels like a perfect pitch for a 3-6 parter or film.

Sounds like they struggled to green lit this film, don't blame them directors its a hard film to sell but the box office numbers look good.
