Frequency and doubt over 5950x

I have almost exactly the same setup, firstly as others have suggested make sure you're on the latest bios 33J and if that doesn't work try adjusting Load Line calibration

It may be that with 128Gb RAM you might just need a little more voltage which is why you're getting random shutdowns.
 
Hi friends!

I have been reading carefully all your opinions.
I have uninstalled the Gigabyte "App Center" software from my computer, and it magically never restarted in the 10 days of testing I was doing. It was weird to me because whenever I turned on the computer, I could always see a notification of a missing software update.
