Frequency or latency best to gun for in DDR3?

Im looking to spend around £100 on a triple channel it.. In everyones expert opinions what makes the system nippier, buy some faster memory speed wise with loose timings or get a sfast as poss for the money with tight timings?

Did up my budget and got some of this but ocuk dont stock so went elsewhere
1 x Corsair TR3X6G1600C7 (6GB 1600MHz CL7 DDR3)

Seems to have 7 - 7 - 7 - 20 timings and can be had for around the 120 mark....

Seconded. Might as well go for the cheapest set you can. I'd still go for 1600 just to make overclocking easier, but other than that, spend the extra money elsewhere.
