Frequent BSoD's

I hope I'm posting this in the right place.

Over the past month or so I've been getting frequent BSoD's in Windows 10, usually with a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error message.
I decided to install Windows 11 on a new NVMe drive hoping that would solve the problem, but today I've been getting the same issue but just more frequently along with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error messages as well. I've run a memory check and SFC /scannow check, no problems reported back. I also updated the mobo BIOS to the latest and still the problem persists.

Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte x570i AORUS PRO WIFI
Corsair LPX 2*16gb, 3200MHz
Seagate Firecuda 530 - previous Windows 10 drive was Corsair MP510
Gigabyte GTX1080

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I've only got Logitech G915 keyboard and a Razer basilisk ultimate mouse.
Ran the Windows memory test, XMP is disabled and the LPX isn't Ryzen tuned.

I tend to manually get all the drivers apart from the Nvidia driver

check your ram voltage, make sure its set to 1.35 without XMP it can set it to 1.2 which may cause these sorts of errors

Thanks, just checked and it was set to 1.2, set it to 1.35 now.

When looking at the event logs I saw that Sophos was popping up lots as well, so that snow been changed, along with rolling back the NVidia driver.

Fingers crossed it stops these crashes

Reinstalled Windows twice now; thought the second reinstall had worked, but it's started blue screening again.

Any other suggestions? Or am I resigned to think about a new mobo, cpu and ram combo?
