i am having a very irritating problem with my internet connection which can be solved by turning the modem on and off, however this is getting irrtating and the loss of internt is getting more frequent (i think). how can i resolve this problem
ps im with virgin media 10 meg cable, however this problem was not present when i was with their 2 meg package.
equipment im using is a motarola modem, a dlink router and a dlink switch (unsure of the model numbers though) this equipment worked fine with the 2 meg connection and LAN is not affected by loss of internt
im i right to assume the problem could be with the modem itself?
