Fresh build black screen ?

Just made a fresh build, everything is connected properly.

Power is on fans spinning usb devices working i assume hardrive is working to, but there is nothing on the screen ? monitor is connected properly and its on.

what could it be ?

Reseat the card.
all power connectors in(both motherboard and card).
use only one stick of ram, try on all slots.
Try different output on back of the card.
