Fresh install and 1920x1080 won't work

Hello all

I have my computer connected to my tv (have done for years through an HDMI cable). Its always been at 1920x1080 but last night I did a fresh install of windows 7 and now 1920x1080 is too big and icons hang off the edge of the screen. I have to use 1776x1000 for now.

I have the latest drivers and everything else is updated as it should be. Any suggestions please?

You may need to adjust the overscan settings within the graphics card software.

Thank you for the quick reply. It won't let me change the bar on the scaling options. Its just stuck on Overscan.

Set it back to 1920x1080 then look through your TV's menu for some sort of overscan or size settings.
