fresh install of fedora problems with ATI

Ive installed Fedora 7 on my Vmware workstation. All working OK just need to install the ATI driver for my x1950xt

read some read me's but not too helpful

Any help please?

VMware does not directly use the GPU hardware, so installing ATI drivers is out of the question. You will get a benefit from trying to install the VMWare tools though...for some added graphics and mouse acceleration. Hope that helps?
