Fresh install of windows 11 issues

I've just bought some new hardware and decided to do a fresh install of windows 11 but am stuck trying to clear up a bunch of devices with no drivers in Device Manager.

The motherboard model is Gigabyte B660m Gaming. All the devices with issues are Intel based on the hardware ID's but none of the Intel drivers are installing, either from the Gigabyte site or Intel. I either get this platform is not supported or the setup program ended prematurely.

Windows update is not showing any further updates to install either.

Any suggestions?

The platform error is usually if you're trying to install the wrong driver on the board. Are you selecting WIndows 11 from the OS type instead of Windows 10 (default)?

The Intel drivers listed there are the ones to install. Don't bother with the Gigabyte APPcenter stuff, all general rubbish unless you have a specific need for those.

Definitely picked the Win 11 ones. In the end I sorted it by copying the supplied CD contents to a USB drive (no CD on my PC). The drivers on it in no way reflected anything on their website.
