I've been having too many issues with Win 11 and figured best thing to do is a clean install.

Does anyone know if there is any tools out there that can speed up the post install process in reinstalling all my apps and maintaining any settings?

Wouldn't using the reset option (Settings > System > Recovery > Reset This PC) be easier than reinstalling everything?

AFAIK that essentially reinstalls the OS but allows you to keep your files/installed programs, I've only used it once when i properly hosed my install so don't know any details on the specifics of how/what it does so maybe someone else can weight in with some advise.

I'd get the latest ISO image 23H3 or whatever it is. Or perhaps look at a slipstreamed version I've seen some that are only 3GB image/install or something like that. Debloated, de-adverts, de TPM etc.

Not that I'm aware of.

Top tip if you haven't already done it. When you install an OS and get your main apps also installed, then create a backup with a decent backup tool ( Acronis for example )

Then if you get into your current situation again just re-install the backup and you've got a good head start

Alternatives to ninite which has limited
Amount of apps

Use winget.run website
Or winstall website
Both leverage winget to download
And install whatever you want

Can also just make your own batch file
Which tells winget
To find and install software you want
Basically all those options automate installing software
Once you have windows installed
Winget can be run in "silent " mode
So don't need to keep clicking next, next,I agree etc

Think thisiswin11 also has a widget package section

To keep your settings think you can do it
If signed into a Microsoft account

Edit
Example of winget command
winget install --id=Oracle.JavaRuntimeEnvironment -e

example of get more than one software
winget install --id=Oracle.JavaRuntimeEnvironment -e && winget install --id=Microsoft.dotNetFramework -e
