Fresh Win 7 install help

Currently trying to rescue a friends laptop from a virus invasion as well as a failed Win 10 install. Decided on a clean install to save time. I get to the install window below click next and it pops up with an error (at the bottom of the screen). Any ideas what i'm missing? Guessing it's something simple that i'm missing.

Choose Delete, then try again.

Well, i pulled out the USB stick, reinserted it and that seemed to do the trick.

I did try that a few times, didn't seem to work. The install is now going. See my above comment
