Fresh windows 10 install, crashing!

Hello,
Struggling with this one.
New build, aorus b450 mini with ryzen 3 2200g. Fresh windows install (1809). All fine and working, then windows updates screen flicks to change resolution to 1080, then goes black, restarts. It boots into windows home screen then instantly black screen and reboot, eventually giving up and saying windows can't start. Tried troubleshooting but nothing works. I did manage to boot safe mode and remove display driver back to basic, and it seems to work. Problem is, it won't let me install any display drivers. Rely stumped on this one
 
Thanks for the links. I have read around, but not found a proper solution. I updated the bios to a newer version and reinstalled but same issue. I might check the pci-e though and find if I can force it onto apu graphics. Other option is disable csm then install.
Or, use an earlier Windows version, but that's a long shot
