Friday Evening - 10min cook

This was my dinner this evening.

1 large steak
1 hot frying pan
1 splash of worcester sauce
Freshly ground black pepper and salt salt
2 slices of Hovis Bread

After eating the 1st half I thought I best photo the 2nd half

Took me 10 minutes to microwave a frozen Sainsburys Rogan Josh tonight.
