Any know anything to help move a fridge freezer that actually works?

Having a new floor and kitchen fitted so will have to move the fridge freezer a few times. Firstly will be somehow from the floorboards up onto the new floor and then in to place etc.

Anyone any ideas? Do those long metal things with wheels either end work?

Cheers

the sliders are good for getting between places, but can be a pain to get the freezer off and on again.

Best bet may be a sack barrow or similar.

Put felt pads on the feet if it doesnt have wheels and it will slide real easy.

Yer checked and no rollers on it sadly. Going to buy a load of felt pads.

Not convinced by the sliders, looks like they'd work on carpet but unsure on hardflooring.

Cheers

Get a load of cardboard from the major supermarkets and put that under the fridge while you drag it around

Taking a double fridge freezer up the stairs was probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do :(
23 stone I think the whole thing weighed
