Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good set of fridge magnets for kids to play with?. I mean as in a personal recommendation of ones you have bought for your kids and are pleased with?.

I've bought 2 sets on eBay, alphabet ones and both have been crud. First set were so small he would have choked on one if he had swallowed it and the second set although a bit bigger had hopeless magnets on them so they didn't really stick - cue one exasperated toddler. :p

Any good ones folks?. I know they aren't really expensive but I'd like to get a half decent set without having to go through a load of purchases.

A quick search for magnet on the early learning centre website should give you a good start and should be good quality :)

Edit: beaten to it lol

I'd try to get the mat type ones if you can otherwise you'll end up with a scratched fridge that looks horrible!

Cheers guys, are the ELC ones good quality?. And what size are they?. Reasonably large and not too small for inquisitive tiny mouths?. Hard to see from the website description. As I said the ones I ordered from an eBay seller were tiny. Far too dodgy to leave him playing on his own with them.

Cheers for the "heads up" on the Petite Filou ones, I'll have a look for them this afternoon when I do the shopping run. @PianoBasher - Bottom of fridge is already a bit scratched, a few more won't matter. :p

Got the ELC ones, bit bigger and better magnets so little fella is quite happy. Half of them have ended up under the fridge though. :p

Cheers fellas. :)
