He would like to be able to run Arma 2/WoW Anno 2070 MW2 ofc he doesnt care what settings as long as he can get a playable fps. He currently is using integrated motherboard graphics.

2 Gig of memory? Wasted, be better off getting something with 1gig of memory and more gpu grunt.
 
He wouldn't be guaranteed that if something was wrong he would be able to get his money back - I wouldn't know, never bought anything 2nd hand
