Friend using my address for post

A friend of a family member is using my address for their post.
He doesnt have a fixed address - no house and lives on a boat. Mail is addressed to him, but my house, street & postcode.

Will this have any negative affect on me / my credit rating? (other than junk mail and other post coming to me)

I am the home owner, just my name on the mortgage.

Thanks. Ive messaged him and will return the letter marked 'Return to sender' NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS.
