Friend with graphic card display issue.

Friend built a new pc, his first time.

Specs:

Asus M5A97 2.0
MSI R9 280X
CM Storm Enforcer
Corsair RM650
2x4 GB RAm 1333Mhz


The fans are spinning but he is getting no signal on the monitors.

He's just plugging the CPU cable in and cable management to follow.

Edit: Well he did something and it's all fine now, sorry.

Windows completed all .net updates?

I don't think he plugged the PCI cable into the graphics card.. I've done it a dozen times and pulled my hair out in the process.
