Hey, Ok straight to the point my friend is trying to use ITV through firefox/IE, she has silverlight upto date, all relevant codecs installed & windows media player is upto date.
When she plays videos through it they are fine on the little screen, the problem happens when she goes full screen & the image becomes distorted with colours of green & purple.
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
[edit: Also when she sends me a remote assistance, the screen goes normal so no green/purple when in full screen]
