Friend's upgrade

Hi Guys

I have a friend who has a old dell Vostro 220s who is looking at getting a graphics card, its currently using integrated graphics.

Because of the size of the case I think he'd need a low profile card, he'd most probably needs a PSU upgrade as well as he is running a 300w one at the moment.

His looking at a budget of £100 which isn't a lot I know but he just needs something that can beat his integrated.

Any ideas?

This will be much better than the integrated gfx and you shouldn't need to upgrade the PSU either

The only issues is for some reason known only to KFA they don't supply it with the low profile bracket.

Just seen above, as its a slim version i doubt if it uses a normal ATX power supply so the superflow probably won't fit.

I didn't even think of looking at the GTX 750 ranges. so cheap :O

Dont bother with the 620 its not that much of an upgrade +1 for the 750.

You could always consider a new case.

Hi Guys

Just an update we ordered the 750 and it got delivered super fast with a Haribo packet, excellent Overclockers service

I helped coach my friend into his first upgrade experience and he is amazed by the card.

Played Pay day 2 and it ran like a dream
