Frio OCK Space concerns

Will the Frio OCK fit on a ASUS Maximus V Gene motherboard without covering RAM slots?

Also my PC case is the original Antec 900, so will it have enough clearance?

Depends on what RAM you have, low profile RAM will be fine but if you have RAM with tall heat spreaders it probably will not fit.
