Fritz Chess Benchmark/Super PI Thread 2010

Nice work eddie86 thank you for taking the time to compile this :)

Just a thought, perhaps distinguish cooling methods? hard to compare for the majority it phase/water win when most use air.

The first Q9300. Glad to see it's above some higher cloked Q6600s. This is my day to day clock for folding. It gets unstable a bit above this and it would take me a while to fiddle with all the voltages. P5Q-EM (HTPC board), OCZ Blade 8500, £14 Akasa cooler :D

theres plenty of results and all should be in table not just top ten its good reference to see how cpus perform at certain speeds.

add all pls to list make it worth wile.

All the multiple entries for CPUs, bar the i3 and E5200 are in the graphs. The others are all one offs, once other CPUs are more populated then I'll add them.

Using the trendlines on the graphs you should be able to compare all the processors throughout the speed range.

I will have a look at adding a larger table however with a max of 3 results for each CPU (top, mid, low).

Yeah I want to see stock 920 results too to compare say with overclocked Phenom's.

Just the top clocks are meaningless on their own.

 another one lol

You can see it from the graphs, all the dots are actual results and I have added trendlines.

From the looks of it, and i7 at stock is hitting the same fritz score as a Phenom would at just over 4.2GHz and the same SuperPi time as a Phenom @ around 4.5 GHz.....

E4500 at 3.4Ghz
1.4125Vcore (for stability, still nice and cool)
Fritz Multi 4637
Fritz Single 2390
Super Pi 16.895

if you make it like the top two charts in green and just add all entries in figures forget graph its not as clear.

that is how the original was and was very simple to see what was what.

why would you want to see a top ten of i7 cpus :D

you want them all in so you can kinda work out rough speeds from what ever cpu your on at relative speed compared.

Easy why dont to take the table from the results thread and edit your first post. sry to make work for you but will be good to have the table on the first page. :)
