then should these not also be taken into accountits hard to get an accurate table if not everyone is using identical stuff other than cpu surely, unless it is a 100% cpu test?
i dont think they will come into it enough to make a real world difference in the tests

ok fair enough, like i said, i dont know these apps so wasnt sure. guess it kind of shows when the same cpu at the same speed are getting very similar scores.

im guessing that WC'd but still, 4.5GHz is pretty damn good.yeah lol thats why i edited it

Most AMD owners use 1.4V-1.5V and above on their 45nm chips without problems.
I don't think it will be particularly dangerous as long as you can keep the temperature in check (which definitely won't be easy with an i7 at 1.45V/4.6ghz).

hehe yeh my own fastest, i wasn't the fastest in the HWBOT team so i know there's quicker, this was taken when i was going benching crazy and spent more time benching that using my PC, i now run at [email protected] with speedstep enabled!! That was also my old CPU before it and the Mobo decided to go kaput!!
And that was far from stable the highest i managed to get stable was 4.4Ghz, With good water cooling of CPU and Chipset there would be no problem running at that voltage...but it would (like all O/C) be at your own risk and i wouldn't recommend it.

You might want to shorten your signature down to the allowed limit of 4 lines of text, unless of course you want to see how long you can "stay on the run" without being caught by a mod?

Well im all out, I cant get fritz to run at 4ghz
To be honest I'm shocked I got it this far, VID considered. 1.312, all the chips in the quad database are 1.22 etc.
