From Gigabyte to Gigabyte

Hi,

I had to send my motherboard back after I have bought few weeks ago as it wasn't working.

My old one was : GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD3-B3
My new mobo is :GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD4-B3

Is the new one any better then the old one ? I just know that it has One PCIe x 16 and PCI x 8 so in comparision with the old one which had only PCIe x 16 and x 4 is always better.
