Front brakes spongy even after bleeding?

The front brakes on my Kwak ZX7R are really spongy!

The bike has braided hoses and I bled both sides using a vacuum bleeder last week and the brakes feel spongy!

Am I missing anything obvious?

I'm going to make sure all the unions are on tight, brake pads are a bit low but I wouldn't have thought that would have caused it.

Any ideas?

There isn't a bleed nipple at the cylinder end, they are Toxico 6 pots and 2 of them.

I'll crack the end off the master cylinder and wrap a rag round it and give it a squeeze, see if that makes any difference.

But I have a pneumatic vacuum bleeder which I use at my garage, this is what I used to bleed it.

Done the clutch aswell, and the clutch feels just fine!

Used the cable tie method and made it a lot better.
